Our three manufacturing facilities in Vernon, CA; Hamlet, IN; and Monticello, GA support modern, high-speed production environments across a wide range of industries.Position OverviewNorton Packaging is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to support and grow customer relationships across the eastern United States, with a strong emphasis on national and regional accounts.This role is responsible for owning and growing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring continuity across key accounts, while partnering closely with our Hamlet, Indiana manufacturing facility.This is a remote, field-based position with significant travel throughout the region.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an established portfolio of industrial and manufacturing customersDevelop new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for key national and regional accountsTravel regularly to customer sites to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunitiesPartner closely with Norton's Hamlet, IN plant to support operational alignment and customer successCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teamsParticipate in industry trade shows and customer-facing eventsMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activityAchieve territory revenue goals and contribute to overall company growthQualifications5–10+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing salesProven success managing an outside sales territoryExperience working with national or multi-location accounts preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a remote sales environmentWillingness to travel approximately 50–60%Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredAdditional InformationCandidates may reside within the Eastern U.S.Competitive compensation structure including base salary and performance-based incentivesCompany vehicle and comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
