Business Analyst

Duration: 12 MonthsRoles & Responsibilities• Create, maintain and publish regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on business performance and KPIs to aid decision making and business management• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time sensitive environment.• Provide detailed reports on forecast accuracy, sales performance, and promotional impact, refining forecasting methodologies as needed.• Evaluate the performance of historical promotions, conducting post-mortem analysis to determine efficacy, forecast accuracy, and ROI.• Utilize data analytics to assess the success of promotions and sales programs, recommending adjustments to enhance outcomes.Qualifications & Experience• A bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience preferably in finance, business, or supply chain management• Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry requiring management of finance, logistics, distribution, program management, and/or business planning, or equivalent work experience in planning, finance, or operations.• Experience should include researching and resolving customer product development, launch, delivery, and logistics issues; driving process improvement to streamline business cadence.• Data Analytics, Forecasting and direct Customer interface experience preferred.SkillsQuantitative Analysis Skills Financial literacy & NumeracyBilingual: English & KoreanAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
