Program Description:The AHTA Management Training Program (MTP) is an 18-month, hands-on training program designed for recent college graduates aspiring to move into entry-level management positions within hospitality. Through this extensive and rigorous program, trainees will develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry and gain experience in the track of their choosing.Our program partners you with one or multiple luxury resort(s) and gives you rotations in operations, food & beverage, culinary, and more. The program is relatively customizable to align with your specific career goals. This is a paid position that will provide you with incredible experience in hospitality management.
