NR consulting will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role/Direct HireSalary Range: $140K - $160K/Annum plus benefitsPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Program Manager to join a fast-growing global manufacturing organization supporting leading technology customers. This individual will play a key role in managing strategic customer programs, strengthening executive-level relationships, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management within the consumer electronics manufacturing industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer programs from planning through production.Act as the primary escalation point for program, operational, and business-related issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and strategic accounts.Monitor customer demand, production schedules, and program milestones to ensure successful execution.Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and business objectives.Serve as the primary commercial contact for quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related business matters.Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and production readiness.Collaborate with customer supply chain teams regarding pricing, forecasting, and delivery planning.Drive program execution while maintaining accountability across multiple stakeholders.Support customer meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.Travel internationally, as needed (approximately 6 trips annually), to support customer engagements and manufacturing operations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (MBA or business background is a plus).10+ years of professional experience.7+ years of experience supporting consumer electronics manufacturing or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment.5+ years of program management experience leading complex customer-facing programs.Prior experience managing or mentoring program management and/or sales teams.Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and production ramp activities.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations.Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.Experience collaborating with overseas manufacturing facilities, preferably in Asia.Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require.Experience supporting Fortune 500 or global technology customers.Knowledge of new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp management.Experience working with global manufacturing organizations.About NR ConsultingFounded in 2005, NR Consulting is a leading global provider of workforce solutions, technology services, and recruitment strategy, trusted by Fortune 500 and mid-sized organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
