Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You work on a variety of machinery, including press machines, bag sealers, air-pillow machines, wrap machines, air compressors, roll handlers, roll tapers, and general facility systems. You apply strong pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting skills and use PLC diagnostics to identify equipment faults, helping keep critical plastic manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently.Demonstrated pneumatic experience, including troubleshooting valves, cylinders, and air systems.Electrical troubleshooting experience with 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC systems in an industrial environment.Ability to read PLC fault codes, interpret I/O status, and identify machine faults using PLC diagnostics (no programming required).Hands-on experience with industrial machinery such as press machines, sealers, air systems, and material-handling equipment.Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.Strong mechanical aptitude working with tools, bearings, belts, chains, drives, and other mechanical components.Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment around heavy industrial equipment and compressed air systems.High school diploma or equivalent.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $72800.00/yr.Full Benefits Medical Dental VisionWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Mechanicsburg,PA.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on May 31, 2026.About AerotekWe know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
