ACCOUNT MANAGERCompensation: $60,000 BaseLocation: White Settlement, TXIndustry: Facilities Services / Commercial CleaningA growing facilities services provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead service delivery and client satisfaction across a large school district account. This is a highly visible role responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with district stakeholders.This position requires a hands-on leader who understands janitorial operations, KPIs, staffing, quality control, and large-scale facilities environments.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure overall contract performance• Lead and develop multiple Zone / Operations Managers and frontline teams• Drive service quality, compliance, and safety standards across multiple sites• Manage staffing strategy, scheduling effectiveness, and labor optimization• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting to ensure targets are met• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews• Partner with senior leadership to identify process improvements and cost efficienciesQualifications• Facilities management or commercial cleaning operations leadership experience• Experience managing multi-site service delivery environments• Strong client-facing leadership and communication skillsProven ability to lead supervisors or operations managersExperience in education environments is a plus
