Operate asphalt lute and compaction equipment and transport machinery to job sites, material pick ups etc. Key role in paving production. ResponsibilitiesAssist paving crew in excavation and installation of new asphalt driveways and parking lotsLute asphalt to create smooth and consistent surfaceWillingness to learn to operate pavers, rollers, compactorsGrade, rake, finish asphaltCoordinate deliveries/pickupsMaintain daily paperworkCustomer communicationSnow Removal in Winter. This may include overnight, early mornings, and extended shifts during snow events. Qualifications2 or more years of asphalt paving experienceHigh School Education, minimum of 2 years of asphalt paving or related field experience would be preferredMath and measuring skillsExperience driving a pickup truck/trailer combo is required.Must have reliable transportation and a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a clean driving recordActive Class A or B CDL requiredBackground check upon conditional offer of employmentSmartphone/data device capability for field communicationAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions Pay & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 year-round employment with snow work in the winterPay: $28 to $35/hr, based on experienceOvertimePaid Vacation - 80 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours at 1 year of employment.
