HOTEL GUEST SERVICE AGENT
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the greeting, checking in and out, and associated needs of guests are met in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. • Responsible for polite and efficient transferring of calls as needed. • Accurately enter information into computer lodging system. • Effectively work with VIP Services to ensure proper handling of all VIP's. • Promote and project a positive image of Fitzgeralds Casino Hotel to all callers. • Other associated duties as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION): • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Superior ability to effectively interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner. • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. • Computer experiences a plus. • Ability to adhere to department schedule. • Demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
