It supports Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. Contract personnel will provide key components to ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT & AV services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.HOW A WYSE/WINDOWS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Manage the operation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines and their management consoles (Teradici, Wyse Management Suite (WMS), 10Zig Management Console)Provides multi-disciplinary support for mission system services, including life cycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems and assured connectivity across geographically separated locationsVerify system performance after hardware and software installationManage product/service issue resolution and upgradesHandle the administration and support of print servicesDiagnose technical problems, escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures, and suggest potential alternative courses of actionEnhance and maintain training & planning documentation and validates recovery capabilities through periodic testing, including targeted recovery tests that are conducted throughout the year.Develops and maintains technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, system specifications, installation records, calibration data, service level agreement compliance, and quality control informationCollaborate effectively with team members while providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service in support of DoW customers in a demanding environmentPerforms shift work as required to ensure 24X7 coverage and supportWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Technical Training, Certification(s) or BS/BA, 3+ years of experienceProficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solvingAptitude and initiative to learn existing and new technical conceptsAbility to respond to emergency situations with after-hours supportKnowledgeable of DISA STIG requirements for Windows based workstationsSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCIRequired Certifications: Security+ required; ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months of hireLocation: Offutt AFB, NEGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home401K with company matchComprehensive health and wellness packagesInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsCutting-edge technology you can learn fromRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays#SCITLSThe likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
