Landscape and General Maintenance Tech.

PDX Metro Commercial LLC/Community Property Management is a locally owned, PorPortland-basedland based company that maintains both residential and commercial properties throughout the Portland Metro area. We are currently in need of a landscape and general maintenance tech. to join our landscape maintenance team. Landscape maintenance - residential and commercial properties. Routine mowing, weeding, trimming and other landscape maintenance duties as assigned. General maintenance - residential and commercial properties. Unit turnovers, responding to maintenance requests i.e. unplugging drains, painting, and other basic maintenance duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have basic landscaping and maintenance skills, is reliable and have good customer service skills, able to work with minimal supervision as well as work with others. Some previous experience in landscape and general maintenance is required. Up to 40 hours per week with no guarantee of full 40 hours.
