We work with award-winning restaurants, boutique hotel groups, private clubs, luxury resorts, and hospitality brands across the country.We’re expanding our footprint and looking for a true hunter—a Business Development Manager who lives for the thrill of opening new doors, building relationships, and signing new clients.If you’re confident, driven, and want uncapped income without a corporate ceiling, read on.________________________________________The Role: Business Development Manager (Commission-Only)This is NOT a typical SDR or account manager role.This is a pure business development position for someone who can sell, network, pitch, and win in the hospitality world.You Will:• Prospect and close new hospitality clients • Build relationships with restaurant groups, hotels, resorts, clubs • Pitch JWB Hospitality’s recruiting services • Secure retained and contingency searches • Hand off the role to our recruiting team once signed • Represent the brand at events, online, and in sales conversations You focus on opening new business—we take care of delivery.________________________________________Compensation (100% Commission)This role is designed for high performers who want full upside.Realistic earnings:• Solid: $100k–$150k • Strong: $160k–$220k • Elite: $250k–$300k+ No cap. No limits.
