Amivie - - Responsibilities: Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); (i.e. toileting, feeding, etc.) based on individual needs/person centered plan; Administer prescribed medication(s) to identified individual(s) upon completion of training; Safely transport individuals(s) in company approved vehicles. (Vehicles can be a 6-15 passenger van depending on the program) for community integration; Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) timely; Maintain the health and safety of all individuals while promoting independence and showing the individual's respect
