This position requires a strategic thinker with robust cross-functional engagement skills, an aptitude for storytelling, and a strong capability for problem-solving - someone who can translate ambiguous business scenarios into structured, actionable initiatives that drive client growth, operational excellence, and productivity.The role will primarily focus on CPG and Retail clients, particularly within the Alcoholic Beverages (Alcobev) sector, and require a deep understanding of industry problem spaces such as Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Route-to-Market (RTM), Forecasting, and Digital Transformation.The candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, strengthening client relationships, and enabling value-driven revenue growth through analytics-led solutions. Candidates with strong academic backgrounds from reputed institutes, combined with relevant industry and consulting experience, and applied knowledge of GenAI will be preferred.The ideal fit for the role would be someone who:Has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets for existing CPG/Retail client accounts, especially in the Alcobev domain.Has led or overseen the successful delivery of large-scale analytics or consulting projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and business impact.Possesses deep knowledge of consulting frameworks and problem-solving models to decompose complex client situations into structured approaches.Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into well-defined requirements, solution designs, and execution roadmaps.Has hands-on experience in deriving insights from data, including pulling information from backend systems, reports, and dashboards, and performing ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.Has strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client leaders across business and technology functions.Is comfortable handling multiple priorities and high-impact discussions, including executive reviews, strategic workshops, and steering committees.Brings a strong understanding of CPG/Retail industry dynamics, including pricing, promotions, assortment, supply chain, and digital analytics ecosystems.Demonstrates a passion for client delight, innovation, and continuous learning, while mentoring teams and contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will thrive in dynamic environments where they have the ability to independently shape the trajectory of an account.*Process & OutcomesAssume transition of one or more accounts from the New Logo team.Outline goals and roadmap for the account.Achieve approximately 15-20% year-over-year revenue growth for account.Collaborate with Delivery, Capability, and Product teams to develop and realize the client roadmap and Fractal goals, with particular focus on enabling Delivery teams.Bridge and translate complex client business needs into detailed analyses and functional or technical specifications.Lead 'client interventions' to generate impact (outside of revenue growth).Prevent escalations (e.g., quality, consistency, and integrity); performing as an escalation point should they occur.Transition the account to a more formal Account Manager and Delivery structure once the account size achieves a certain scale.Establish clear value realization for the clientDrive PoCs and Proposal discussions*PeopleGood External Stakeholder Management and ability to make key decisionsBe seen by client leadership as the main partner for business transformation.Secure awareness and engagement at the highest organizational levels possible, while maintaining relationships with peers and juniors.Identify, organize, and facilitate collaborative client workshops, user interviews, and solution walkthroughs to scope open-ended or layered problem statementsWork with the nearshore / offshore team with dissecting client requirements & support on Solution design*Internal Team ManagementManage direct reports as necessary to achieve goals, including contingency resourcesInfluence extended cross-functional teams to help generate the outcomes intended.Able to perform data pulls from backend, reports, and perform ad hoc analysisSupport on QA, including review of test cases and signing off on QA resultsQualifications:About 12 to 15 years of progressive responsibility within consulting organizations not wholly dissimilar from Fractal.Extensive knowledge of the CPG industry - sufficient for operating independently in numerous situations.Ability to articulate client value from analytics, AI, or GenAI (advanced certifications in AI technologies a plus).Strong background in data analysis and AI/ML, including exposure to data engineering/modeling and Design Thinking.Ability to effectively run large-scale and distributed programs using PMBOK techniques (PMI, Prince, Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc. certification a plus).Some exposure to working within an offshore Delivery model and global client delivery.Some deep level of expertise in a functional area (e.g., Commercial, Supply Chain, PowerBI, Python) to form a 'T-shape' of skills.Traits and Skills Needed:Empathy: Operate in the 'voice of the client' to define and advocate client-centric solutions; considerate of the client goals, organization, and dynamics.Storytelling & Presentation: Own narrative creation and artifact development/validation for a variety of client engagement types - approach notes, proposals, QBRs, etc.Pattern Finding & Rapid Prototyping: Build reusable assets, templates, and frameworks to support the sales-to-delivery journey.Bias for Action: Self-motivation and ownership with high adaptability to handle multiple contexts and continually reprioritize.Curiosity: Interest in analytics, technology, and industry trends; striving to become an 'insider' for client contexts.'Abundance' Mindset: Finding the art of the possible and actively confronting constraints to that (i.e., not just becoming another manager).Rapid Onboarding & Synthesis: Conduct primary and secondary research on client, industry, trends, etc. Develop assertions and hypotheses to test with the client and align the Delivery and Capability teams to quickly iterate on those.Pay:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current starting base range is $180,000-$230,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.Benefits:As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
