Role Description: Field Marketing Representative: As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand at home shows, festivals, fairs, and community events. This is a high-energy, people-focused role perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and working in a team environment. What You’ll Do: Engage and approach potential customers at events Promote our products and current offers Schedule in-home estimate appointments for our sales team Assist with booth setup and breakdown Maintain a positive, reliable, and professional presence at all events Enter leads using mobile technology Support team culture and contribute to internal social media efforts What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus (not required) Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus Must-Haves: Strong communication and people skills Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willing to travel within a 90-mile radius Sales or marketing experience is a plus (not required) Why Join Us?: Flexible, event-based schedule Growth opportunities within a national company Fun, team-oriented environment Be part of a trusted home improvement brand with decades of experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: In person
