This role defines thetechnical direction, reliability posture, HA strategy, and operational excellence standardsfor tools supporting thousands of engineers globally.Buildtopology-aware designsand continuously measure and improve platform scalability, performance, and resilience Establishcross-tool patternsfor identity, observability, RBAC/entitlements, and secure-by-default deployments Implementapplied observability: actionable metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards tailored to each platform Lead root-cause analysis, incident management, and continuous reduction inMTTD/MTTR Drive theHVA program upliftfor tools: threat modeling, compensating controls, and DR testing Participate inPQC-readinessassessments and roadmap planning Platform Engineering & Automation Create repeatable, consistent patterns forbuild pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and artifact governance (Artifactory) Influence architecture and platform decisions across Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams Partner with vendors and internal teams to evolve capabilities and ensure long-term platform health15+ yearswith enterprise-scale DevOps/ALM platforms; Strong background inSRE/SRO, applied observability, performance engineering, capacity planning, and scaling large tool deployments ~ Solid foundation in Linux, networking, containers, Kubernetes, databases, and distributed systemsSupported by your benefits.
