Some of your responsibilities will include:Assisting with personal hygiene, including bathing, brushing teeth, toileting, and changing linensHelping patients with mobility, repositioning, and transfersMonitoring and recording vital signsDocumenting important information in patient chartsProviding compassionate care, including support for patients nearing the end of lifeThis role involves exposure to bodily fluids and dynamic and sensitive situations. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. This 19 bed unit provides care for ICU level neuroscience and medical patients. The patient population on the Neuro IC unit includes cranial surgery, neuro-endovascular procedures, neuro-medical conditions, such as stroke, as well as medical conditions requiring intensive care.
