This is your chance to shape the future of AI-driven tools in a collaborative and innovative environment.Main FunctionsDesign and implement scalable AI infrastructure to support the Signals Notebook productDevelop and integrate AI-driven features that enhance user experience and functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunitiesEnsure the reliability, security, and performance of AI systemsStay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative AI solutions to the tableResponsibilitiesHelp architect solutions working closely with peers and management, ensuring solutions fit into our strategic visionWork closely with UX and product management to define the product featuresParticipate in all team activities such as hiring, planning, requirements definition, design discussions, code reviews, and software developmentWork effectively with other team members to provide a quality product for our customersBasic Qualifications: 5-10+ years of Software Engineering experience5-10+ years of Technical Lead experience, driving AI business initiatives5-10+ years of designing and implementing AI infrastructure, including building applications powered by LLMs5-10+ years of programming skills in Python and Java5-10+ years of experience with distributed execution frameworks like Dask, Sparc, Ray, or similar5-10+ years as a subject matter expert in emerging technologies and trends in areas such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Computing, Data Science, Big Data, and Cyber Security5-10+ years of experience with AWSPreferred Qualifications:BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent, advanced degree preferredExperience with ChemBio Informatics, is highly desiredExperience as a full stack developer a plusExperience building large scale, high-available applications desiredExperience with open-source technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredMust be able to communicate effectively with other team membersCreative problem-solving skillsThe working hours for this position will be EST.Candidates must have the capability to Interview In-Person at our Headquarters in Waltham, MA USA.Please include a valid LinkedIn profile and added work links, to your resume.Fraud Prevention Notice: We are committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
