Class A Driver Recruiter

Location: Winter Haven, FLPay: $50K-$55K salary + bonusesShift: 8am to 5pm, M-FOur client, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Driver Recruiter to support ongoing growth and driver hiring initiatives. This is a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting role focused on sourcing and onboarding CDL-A talent within a specialized transportation environment.What You’ll Be Doing Recruit and qualify CDL-A drivers through job boards, referrals, lead generation, and recruiting platforms Conduct phone screenings and assess driver qualifications, experience, and safety history Manage candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process Maintain communication and follow-up with applicants to ensure engagement and completion of onboarding requirements Coordinate with operations, safety, and compliance teams throughout the hiring process Update recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS system Support hiring efforts while ensuring compliance with company and DOT guidelinesWhat You’ll Need 2+ years of driver recruiting experience required; transportation recruiting or high-volume industrial recruiting backgrounds will also be considered as strong transferable experience along with some driver recruiting experience Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers strongly preferred Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations preferred Experience using applicant tracking systems (Tenstreet highly preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Strong organization and follow-through skillsWhat’s In It For You Base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunity Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Stable and growing organization with long-term opportunity Collaborative team environmentApply now!
