Company Description Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers a unique experience with the world’s largest rotating tram car, traveling over two-and-a-half miles along the scenic Chino Canyon. Visitors enjoy panoramic views of the valley floor during the ten-minute journey to the Mountain Station, located at an elevation of 8,516 feet. The Mountain Station features two restaurants, observation decks, a natural history museum, documentary theaters, a gift shop, and access to over 50 miles of hiking trails. This iconic destination is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and memorable experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position located in Palm Springs, CA within the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway culinary operations. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to set recipes and specifications, ensuring food safety standards are consistently met. Key daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, collaborating with kitchen staff, and assisting with inventory and supplies management. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and adherence to a high standard of food quality and presentation.
