The role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions. Operating in an Agile environment, the Product Owner will own the product backlog, drive roadmap execution, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field7-12 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product ManagementStrong experience in the insurance domain (Life Insurance preferred)Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Power BI Advanced (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling/star schema, performance optimization, sharing strategies)Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Databricks, ADLS; ETL/ELT pipelines, ingestion, transformation/validation)Strong BI SQL Finance Reporting (Tableau dashboard design/optimization, advanced SQL, finance reporting/analytics experience)Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsPreferred Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of insurance regulatory frameworksCertifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO), SAFe Product Owner, PMP (optional)Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives)Collaborate with product managers, business SMEs, IT development and QA teams, vendors, and third-party partnersSupport initiatives across Life Insurance (Term, Final Expense, Annuities, etc.), policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing platformsCollaborate with engineering teams on API integrations, data platforms and reporting solutions, CRM and digital channels (e.g., Salesforce)Company Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive health and wellness benefitsAppreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
