ABOUT THE ROLEThis person serves as the primary gatekeeper for all inbound receiving — responsible for managing the arrival, inspection, and clearance of both domestic and overseas shipments. They will also support purchasing, invoicing, AP/AR, and data operations, making them an essential cross-functional contributor.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESInbound Receiving & Shipment ManagementServe as the single point of contact for all inbound shipments — local and internationalCoordinate container and freight arrivals; schedule and conduct physical inspections upon deliveryManage FDA holds and related regulatory procedures when applicableCommunicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely clearanceDocument and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages found during inspectionMaintain inbound shipment logs and update internal systems in real timeSupply Chain Data & InventoryInput, manage, and maintain SCM (Supply Chain Management) data with high accuracyTrack shipment and delivery status across all active purchase ordersUpdate and maintain inventory records in BoxHero (training provided)Create reports and data summaries using Google Sheets; flag discrepancies proactivelyPurchasing & AP/AR SupportPrepare and process purchase orders (POs)Review, verify, and process vendor invoicesSubmit and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) documentationCoordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing or order issuesMaintain organized records of all purchasing and financial documentsGeneral Office & Administrative CoordinationPrepare and process invoices for internal and external purposesMaintain organized digital filing across Google Drive and internal systemsSupport cross-departmental communication as neededREQUIREMENTSLanguageBilingual: Korean and English — both written and spoken (required)TechnologyProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)Genuinely tech-savvy — comfortable learning new software systems quicklyPrior experience with inventory, logistics, or ERP/SCM platforms is a plusWork AuthorizationLegally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident)Soft SkillsHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsSelf-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitudeAble to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentClear and professional communicator — in both languages──────────────────────────────────────COMPENSATION & BENEFITS──────────────────────────────────────• Pay Rate: $70,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance• PTO & Paid Sick Leave• Employee Discount on Wooltari ProductsWooltari is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
