Job DescriptionSenior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes within the Moen U.S. BU Sales and Channel Finance team. This individual will be a strategic partner to the Moen U.S. Wholesale Commercial Sales and Marketing teams, providing insights that drive financial performance, enhance profitability, and support business decision‐making.Position LocationDeerfield, IL - Hybrid (Flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays)ResponsibilitiesServe as the Finance Partner for the Non‐Single Family and VIP Plumber commercial teams, delivering strategic financial guidance and decision support to Wholesale Sales, including customer profitability assessments, accounting/forecasting insights and ad hoc analysis.Partner with Sales and Channel on period cost budgets (ASM/SG&A), including managing accruals, forecasting, and facilitating reviews.Act as the primary finance lead for the new rebate automation tool—driving software implementation, leading cross‐functional coordination, and providing ongoing post‐go‐live support.Support month‐end close by delivering accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial submissions for business partners and finance peers.Develop deep expertise in customer Gross‐to‐Net (GTN) programs; oversee GTN calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Partner with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Channel teams to evaluate new business opportunities and proposals with sound financial analysis.Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to support Wholesale GTN sales calculations and operating expense accuracy.Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests by providing clear, complete, and timely financial documentation.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 7+ years of experience preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Word, and financial modeling.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across various levels of the organization.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision.Experience supporting software implementations and contributing to project management activities.Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong accountability and follow‐through.Preferred QualificationsMBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, BPC, HFM, Essbase, or Tableau.Previous experience in sales finance, commercial finance, or supporting cross‐functional teams.BenefitsFortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD.
