Targeting Officer/TargeterLocation: McLean/Dulles (fully on-site, no remote option)MUST HAVE A POLY CLEARANCE TO APPLY**Bespoke Technologies is actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages.ResponsibilitiesReview specialized data for intelligence leadsDraft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectivesEngage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitationConduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formatsUse customer collection platforms to identify and reduce intelligence gaps in the pursuit of tactics and operations.Create, read, and process all-source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reports from all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).Basic QualificationsCurrent/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance; candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualifiedProficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer missionExperience related to intelligence research and targeting work is requiredPrior experience in supporting national security operationsFamiliarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectivesAttention to detailDemonstrated ability to research and analyzeDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectivelyDemonstrated ability to problem-solveDemonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrentlyStrong analytic writing and editing skillsDemonstrated ability to work in team environment successfullyDemonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environmentExperience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agenciesExperience supporting senior decision makersRequired QualificationsLevel 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degreeLevel 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degreeLevel 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degreeLevel 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree **Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree
