Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans for residents. Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure the delivery of quality care. Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all clinical activities. Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive and supportive team environment. What We’re Looking For Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a clinical care or management role. Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care.
