Experienced Asphalt Laborer/Raker

Overview We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Laborer/Raker to join our construction team. This role is vital to the successful paving and asphalt installation projects, requiring a skilled individual with a strong background in construction site work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with asphalt and a solid understanding of construction processes, particularly in paving and asphalt-related tasks. Duties Rake and spread asphalt material efficiently to ensure smooth and even surfaces Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including site preparation and cleanup Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Requirements Prior experience in asphalt paving or construction site work is highly preferred Knowledge of utility locating procedures and safety standards on construction sites Strong understanding of construction processes related to paving and roadwork Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Valid construction site experience with a focus on safety and efficiency Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed Must have a vaild Washington State Driver's License This role is ideal for motivated individuals with a background in asphalt paving who are looking to contribute their skills to challenging projects.
