Job TitlePay $22.00 to $25.00 an hour: The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm - Monday - FridayResponsibilitiesCompletes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structuresEnsures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilitiesResponds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessaryKnowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trashBasic knowledge of electricalBasic knowledge of plumbingBasic Carpentry skillsBasic drywall repair and painting of wallsQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available.A valid State Driver's License is required.Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.Must possess organizational skills.Must be able to perform unsupervised.Customer Service Experience2 to 3 years of similar work experienceAbout UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
