We're expanding fast and need someone to own field operations as we grow from one crew to three. What You'll Do•       Own job sites — manage crew leads, drive daily production, manage schedule and budget•       Communicate directly with GCs and engineers•       Solve problems independently and report results to the CEO•       Build a field operation that scales What We're Looking For•       5–10 years managing field operations in concrete, masonry, fence, or similar specialty trade•       Moved up from foreman to superintendent on merit•       Experience running 2–4 crews or managing large jobs solo•       Strong communicator with GCs and engineers•       Valid CA driver's license Compensation & Benefits•       $90,000–$135,000 DOE•       Vehicle allowance or company truck + fuel reimbursement•       Phone allowance + quarterly performance bonus up to $15,000+•       Health, dental & vision | 401(k) with matching | PTO
