Front Desk/Night Auditor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures for guests, including processing payments and issuing room keys. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information about services and amenities. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using computerized systems. Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical tasks as needed. Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Uphold office management standards by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role is preferred but not required. Proficient in using office equipment and computerized systems for booking and record-keeping. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
