Sr. Director Zero Trust & Data SecurityThe Senior Director of Zero Trust & Data Security is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise strategy, governance, and execution of the organization's Zero Trust architecture and data protection programs. This leader will oversee the strategic integration of Zero Trust principles across network, identity, and data security domains while ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.Direct the teams and services across three distinct security domains:Enterprise Data Security & Data Loss PreventionSASE Security Engineering & OperationsZero Trust Governance & StrategyThe Senior Director will partner closely with security architecture, engineering, infrastructure, identity, cloud, and business leadership teams to establish scalable security controls and operating models that protect enterprise data, applications, and users while enabling modern digital operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Data SecurityLead the data security strategy to ensure enterprise information is protected across its lifecycle.Data classification and labeling strategyData protection across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, collaboration platforms, and emailEnterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy and program governanceProtection of sensitive data in collaboration platforms and cloud repositoriesEncryption, tokenization, and data protection technologiesSupport insider risk monitoring and controlsSASE Security – Web & SaaS ProtectionLead the team responsible for protecting enterprise users and cloud services through secure access controls and modern internet security architecture.Strategy and governance for enterprise SASE / SSE security platformsSecure web gateway, CASB, and cloud access protectionSaaS application protection and monitoringSecure remote access and internet traffic inspectionBrowser isolation and modern web threat preventionIntegration with identity and device trust signalsEnterprise Zero Trust Strategy & GovernanceDefine and execute the enterprise Zero Trust strategy and roadmap aligned with business transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, and digital workforce enablement.Drive adoption of modern security architectures including SASE, secure service edge (SSE), and data-centric security models.Develop strategic roadmaps that align with industry frameworks such as National Institute of Standards and Technology Zero Trust Architecture (SP 800-207) and Cloud Security Alliance Zero Trust guidance.Develop maturity models and metrics to measure adoptionLead enterprise Zero Trust architecture reviewsCoordinate cross-functional security initiatives across engineering, infrastructure, and application teamsQualificationsRequired12+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles5+ years leading enterprise security programs or large security engineering teamsDeep expertise in Zero Trust architecture, data security, and cloud securityExperience implementing SASE / SSE platforms and web security architecturesStrong understanding of enterprise data protection technologies (DLP, classification, encryption)Experience governing security programs in large global enterprisesStrong executive communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership and boardsProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSPYou'll love working here because:Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights.Belong by joining one of nine Business Resource Groups to connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests and experiences.Grow your career in an agile, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to progress.Continuously learn through ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities.Be your healthiest.
