Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lees Summit, MO. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and other professionals, documenting patient progress, and participating in multidisciplinary care teams. Qualifications Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Disorders, CF candidates consideredProvide assessment,diagnosis, and therapeutic interventionAbility to create and implement individualized treatment plans and tailor therapy sessions to client needsStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team membersProficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plansCollaboration and teamwork skills to work in multidisciplinary fashionCurrent Speech-Language Pathology licensure in the states of Missouri/Kansas helpful
