Location: Middle Tennessee & Southern KentuckyService Area Includes: Bowling Green, KY; Clarksville, Springfield, Hermitage, Madison, Dickson, Bellevue, Franklin, Shelbyville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Lebanon, TNPosition Type: Full-Time / Flexible ScheduleJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support 13 restaurant locations across Middle Tennessee and Bowling Green, KY. This role is critical to keeping our restaurants operational and safe. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable responding to maintenance emergencies that impact daily operations.Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple restaurant locationsDiagnose and repair issues related to:HVAC systems, Plumbing, Carpentry, ElectricalGrills, Fryer, Oven, RefrigerationBasic electrical and mechanical systemsGeneral building repairs and maintenancePainting and cosmetic repairsRespond promptly to equipment and facility emergencies that affect restaurant operationsPerform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifeCommunicate clearly with management regarding repairs, timelines, and needed partsTravel between locations as neededMaintain a safe and organized work environmentRequirements & Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenanceStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficientlyExperience working with restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment is highly preferredWillingness to learn new skills and attempt unfamiliar repairs using available resources (manuals, videos, manufacturer guides, etc.)Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locationsFlexible and reliable with emergency response availabilityValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable working days, nights, weekends, and overnight hours as neededSchedule & Flexibility This position offers control over scheduling , including:Day or overnight workWeekdays and weekendsEmergency response as requiredWhat We're Looking For Self-motivated and dependableWilling to try, learn, and problem-solve rather than give up when facing unfamiliar repairsStrong work ethic and sense of ownership over assigned locationsPenn Station has developed a unique product line that demonstrates, in full customer view, the true quality of our products.
