Multi-Task Operator (Picking, Packing & Light Assembly) Location: Industry, CA Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start Time: 6:00 AM–7:00 AM (based on production needs) We're Hiring! We're looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse/manufacturing team as a Multi-Task Operator. This position involves a variety of warehouse and production tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Pick products using pick sheets. Pack orders accurately for shipment. Perform light assembly duties. Operate a band saw and other production equipment (training provided if applicable). Prepare boxes before products are sent to the consolidation department. Retrieve components from warehouse inventory locations. Follow all workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Ability to read pick sheets and identify product codes. Ability to distinguish colors as required for the job. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks. Physical Requirements: Regularly stand and walk throughout the shift. Frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. Requirements: Steel-toe boots are required. Spanish/English bilingual skills are welcome but not required. Reliable transportation to work.
