A retail pharmacy is urgently seeking reliable Per Diem Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple locations across the greater Sacramento area, including Lodi and Stockton. This opportunity offers consistent work with a minimum commitment of 3-4 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on availability. The role begins ASAP and features flexible shifts covering day, evening, and weekend hours.Key Responsibilities: Perform typical retail pharmacy duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Manage inventory, including takebacks Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth pharmacy operations Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment (candidates with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered) Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting Dependable and able to meet scheduling commitments consistently Location: Multiple sites serving the greater Sacramento region, including options in Lodi and Stockton Perks and Benefits: Mileage reimbursement available for candidates traveling more than 30 miles from home to assigned site A couple of days of training provided to ensure smooth integration into the pharmacy team This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing per diem team with a track record of converting dedicated technicians to permanent roles.
