We support our customers and clients every step of the way and provide an excellent customer service experience.ResponsibilitiesThe Position:Calling all pet lovers! We are looking for Customer Service agents to join a fast-paced and energetic customer service team for a pet health product program. Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and client on account procedures and managing priorities.Position starts at $17/hr.Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm schedule available.QualificationsYou Will Need:Above average customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and co-workersFriendly and energetic attitudeComputer knowledge and Internet skillsAbility to navigate between multiple computer screens/tabsQuick learner who enjoys using trouble-shooting and problem solving skillsAbility to work both as an individual and as a team memberNice to Have:High school Diploma or equivalentMust be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email, and Microsoft OfficePrevious call center experience preferredEMS Offers:Paid on-the-job trainingMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefitsCausal dress attireIndividual work spacesComplimentary breakfast on FridaysFree parkingNorth-West Omaha location
