We are looking for a high-energy, technically proficient Business Development & Account Manager to lead our growth efforts in the Gulf Coast region. Based in Houston, you will be the face of Samirian Chemicals, driving revenue within the Industrial, Oilfield, and Water Treatment markets. This is a "hunter" role that requires a deep understanding of specialty chemical applications and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.Key Responsibilities●      Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities within the Houston and Gulf Coast industrial hubs, specifically targeting oilfield service companies and water treatment facilities.●      Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as a technical consultant to provide creative supply chain and product solutions.●      Technical Consultation: Leverage knowledge of products to solve specific client challenges in scale removal, fracturing, and microbial control to name a few.●      Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM, forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.●      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our logistics and global sourcing teams in Asia and California to ensure seamless delivery and tailored packaging for your clients.Qualifications●      Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct B2B sales experience in the specialty chemical industry.●      Market Knowledge: Proven track record selling into the Oilfield , Industrial Cleaning, Mining, and Municipal/Industrial Water Treatment sectors.●      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business (Technical background preferred).●      Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, ability to read market trends, and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).●      Mobility: Must be based in the Houston area with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites across the region.Why Join Us?●      Autonomy: We value creative thinkers who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.●      Growth: Be a key player in a growing company with a 40-year legacy of stability and rewarding employees.
