Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: BLS and NRP, EFM training & Int AWHONN FHM preferred Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Certifications:**/n- BLS and NRP/n/n**Preferred Certifications:**/n- EFM training & Int AWHONN FHM/n/n**Required Experience:**/n- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / Labor & Birth experience in an acute care hospital setting/n- 2+ years of experience in a recent acute care setting with caring for 2 patients/n- Experience in team-based high acuity environment/n- Demonstrated ability to independently manage laboring patients, including high-risk obstetric cases/n/n**Required Skills/Experience:**/n- Strong skills in fetal monitoring and interpretation/n- Labor support and coaching/n- Medication administration and IV therapy/n- Obstetric emergencies and rapid response/n- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills/n- Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows, policies, and electronic medical records/n/n**Preferred Skillset/Experience:**/n- Two years of current inpatient, acute care hospital experience/n/n**Licensure:**/n- Active Registered Nurse (RN) /n/n**Personality Fit:**/n- Work well in a team environment but also work independently/n/n**Shift:**/n- Nights (7:00 pm - 7:30 am), 3 (or 4) x 12-hour shifts with rotating weekend hours/n/n**Additional Requirements:**/n- Comfortable with floating between Antepartum and Labor & Delivery units/n- Strong skills caring for 2 patients in Labor & Delivery and 3-4 patients on Antepartum/n- Comfortable floating within the scope as needed When you apply with Junxion, you speak with a live U.S.-based recruiter who understands the travel market.
