Resurgence Management is focused on delivering reliable home‑improvement solutions in Seattle, and we need a Customer Support Associate to help expand LeafGuard’s presence. The Customer Support Associate will meet customers, maintain account accuracy, and support performance through warm, informative conversations.
As a Customer Support Associate, you gain valuable training that prepares you to discuss LeafGuard gutter protection with customers. The Customer Support Associate will review the client’s current gutter situation, help manage each account carefully, and lead friendly conversations focused on dependable home improvement solutions.
Role Requirements for a Customer Support Associate
Arrange visits with customers to show how a Leafguard prevents structural water damage and adds long-term value.
Involve customers in live product displays to verify how the Leafguard account service maintains a clog-free home in any weather condition.
Help customers with account needs and provide excellent customer service.
Report back to the account leadership on feedback to help Leafguard maintain its lead in the residential sales market.
