Position SummaryAt LifeClinic, our mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a LifeClinic Chiropractor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through chiropractic adjustments, Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT), and rehabilitation exercises. You will work within Life Time athletic destinations engaging directly with members and patients to build a thriving practice. This role combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial drive, requiring proactive outreach, personalized treatment planning, and effective patient management.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Treatment DeliveryPerform evidence-based chiropractic adjustments tailored to individual patient needs.Administer Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) to address musculoskeletal dysfunction.Design and guide patients through rehabilitative exercise programs to support recovery and performance.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management Conduct direct marketing and outreach to Life Time members and existing patients to build a sustainable patient base.Educate potential patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and IMJT.Develop and present personalized care plans, including financial planning and scheduling.Foster long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.Administrative & Operational Duties Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using SOAP notes.Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.Prepare and update financial care plans in alignment with treatment goals.Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care deliveryEducationRequired QualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeNew graduates are welcome; prior experience in a clinical or fitness-integrated setting is a plusLicenses / Certifications / RegistrationsActive and in good standing chiropractic license in the state of applicationPreferred Skills & CompetenciesClinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercise protocols.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.Sales & Marketing: Ability to confidently promote services, explain treatment plans, and convert consultations into ongoing care.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and standard office applications.Time Management: Capable of balancing clinical duties with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Customer Service: Commitment to delivering a high-quality patient experience with empathy and professionalism.Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team inside a fitness-focused environment.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and services401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members Are Eligible For Additional Benefits, IncludingMedical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Short term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansParental leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leaveDeferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income thresholdFor California residents, please review https://my.lifetime.life/policy/ca-privacy-policy.html for information about our privacy practices, including the information we collect and your rights relating to your information.Life Time is a place for everyone.
