Overview As a Software Develop/Programmer at SubCom, you will design, build, and maintain software and database solutions that optimize manufacturing processes. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to deliver custom applications and reports in a Windows environment. You’ll follow SDLC best practices, contribute to design reviews, and create technical documentation to support operational readiness.
