A Team Home Services – Hutto, TXPay: $25-$40/hour + Performance-Based Bonus PotentialJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday-FridayJob SummaryA Team Home Services is hiring a Carpenter to support and grow our handyman and remodeling departments.This is a hands-on field position responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry, installation, repair, and finish work across residential and light commercial projects. This role requires strong carpentry expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and an excellent customer experience.The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. They have a strong background in carpentry and residential construction, communicate effectively with customers, and consistently deliver clean, professional results. This person is comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team-focused environment.What You’ll DoExecute a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, trim, and installations Install doors, windows, cabinets, molding, and other structural and finish components Diagnose and complete repairs on damaged or deteriorating structures (walls, floors, roofs, etc.) Complete punch-out work and final detail items to ensure high-quality finished projects Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and specifications Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and organization on job sites Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes Communicate clearly with customers on-site and represent the company professionally Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Follow all safety standards and company procedures Requirements5+ years of experience in carpentry or residential construction Strong carpentry skillset (framing, trim, cabinetry, installations) Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work Pay & Growth StructureThis role is designed for a skilled tradesperson who wants consistent work, strong earning potential, and opportunity for growth.$25-$40/hour based on experience or earning up to $120,000 annually with bonus potentialBenefitsPaid holidays Paid time off Paid birthdays Paid sick time Health, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) enrollment options Stable, full-time position with consistent schedule Why Work with UsAt A Team Home Services, you’ll join a growing, locally owned home services company known for quality workmanship, dependable service, and integrity.
