We are looking for a reliable and skilled Small Engine Mechanic to maintain and repair our equipment fleet. This role is essential to keeping our field teams running efficiently every day.Job Responsibilities:Diagnose, maintain, and repair small engines and power equipment, including:Lawn mowers (push and ride-on)BlowersString trimmersHedge trimmersChainsaws and other 2-cycle/4-cycle equipmentPerform routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, spark plugs, carburetor cleaning, air filters, fuel system checks).Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues.Maintain organized records of repairs, parts used, and equipment condition.Order parts and maintain inventory for frequently used components.Ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and ready for field crews daily.Keep the shop area clean, safe, and organized.Assist with occasional repairs to trailers, small tools, and light equipment.
