Job DetailsDescriptionSenior Corporate Operations ManagerConsolidated Supply Co. a Pacific Northwest plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works wholesale distributor has an opening for a Senior Corporate Operations Manager.Job DescriptionThe Senior Corporate Operations Manager has the responsibilities of managing and coordinating operational activities between all branches. Main responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Operations Manager include training, safety, fleet compliance, optimizing branch efficiency, inventory accuracy and customer service improvements. This position also supervises our current Operations Staff, including corporate operations managers and operations specialists.QualificationsAt least 5 years of distribution and/ or warehouse management experience leading at least 15 employees, preferably in the wholesale distribution industry.Is accountable and achieves compliance of goals through collaboration with others.Is a self-starter, quick learner, and invested in one’s personal career development.Is a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team member that demonstrates leadership by example in all aspects of operations. Uses a customer service philosophy across both internal and external customers.Experienced in maintaining legal compliance with DOT, Hazardous Communication, OHSA standards, and safety programs.Demonstrated experience coaching and counseling employees, hiring, interviewing, training, and onboarding.Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.Plumbing and/or water works knowledge a plus but not required.Ability to travel up to 50% within or out of company footprint.Consolidated Supply Co.
