You’ll help transition key processes from paper to digital, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure a smooth and timely month-end close. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities of Staff Accountant:Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close process in an accurate and timely mannerPerform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and analyze financial reporting packages for internal stakeholdersLead efforts in digitizing manual processes and enhancing efficiencies across the accounting departmentWrite, update, and maintain clear and thorough Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all relevant accounting functionsAssist with external audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and completeActively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reportingServe as a key contributor and problem-solver within the staff accountant teamMaintain compliance with internal controls and company policiesTake ownership of assigned general ledger accounts and ensure their integrityEmbrace change and bring a positive attitude to evolving systems and workflows as a staff accountantQualifications of Staff Accountant:Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus)3–5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as a staff accountantSolid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a teamA proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset—must love digging into details and improving processes#INFEB2026
