System Support Manager
A company is looking for a System Support Manager - Engineering & Construction Applications.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of systems supporting the Engineering and Construction team
Define, document, design, test, and implement strategies to enhance Network Systems
Support IT Agile processes and perform root cause analysis post system outages
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in network technology/engineering or relevant professional experience
7 years of experience in the Telecom industry and technical project management
Experience with IT systems requirements, agile processes, and UAT testing
Application-specific experience with IQGeo, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
Firm grasp of networking concepts, including Fiber and PON networks
