I/DD Utilization Management Lead

A company is looking for an I/DD Utilization Management Reviewer Lead, QP (Remote-NC).Key ResponsibilitiesActs as a liaison between UM Reviewers and Peer Reviewers, tracking Peer Reviews for turnaround time and quality assuranceSummarizes monthly Peer Review data and provides analysis of UM decisions, while assisting with the development of UM-specific trainingsCompletes productivity data for the I/DD UM team and conducts internal audits to identify training needsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationA Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services fieldTwo (2) years of post-degree IDD experience or a Bachelor's Degree with four (4) years of post-degree IDD experienceComprehensive knowledge of I/DD, mental illness, and the assessment and treatment of developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of the 1915 (b)(c) waiver and psychiatric medicationsExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
