Position Name : Senior DevOps Engineer Location: RemotePosition Type: W2/FulltimeKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Build and optimize automated deployment processes for applications running in on-premises and GCP environments.Manage and administer GitHub repositories, workflows, branch protection rules, and repository security.Develop reusable CI/CD templates, workflows, and automation to improve developer productivity.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or similar technologies.Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.Monitor CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment failures, and optimize build performance.Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve application deployment strategies and release processes.Integrate security scanning, code quality checks, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines.Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes where applicable.Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting for deployment and platform health.Document platform architecture, deployment procedures, and operational best practices.Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Automation.Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.Experience supporting deployments across both on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.Familiarity with networking, load balancing, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security best practices.Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc
