Parts Counter Representative

Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs. Job Responsibilities:Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to: Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returnsObtain price quotes and check availabilityProvide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in personPlace orders with manufacturers for factory direct partsFile and other miscellaneous office dutiesOther duties as assigned by management Job Qualifications:Must have High School Diploma or equivalentMust have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 40lbs.Maintain excellent customer serviceMust be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
