The Opportunity: To provide comprehensive administrative support, focusing on pharmacy licensing, record maintenance, event planning, and office management. What you'll be doing: Assist with pharmacy license applications. Handle other administrative tasks related to licensing. Organize and update the license wall in the front office. Maintain business and employee licenses in the Lightning RX system. Input all orders shipped into the Nebraska Board of Pharmacy database daily. Catering, Event Planning, and Break Room Management Administrative Support Handle outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist pharmacy with packaging of orders as needed. Who You Are: You have office administration experience: Familiarity with office management and administrative support duties. You have basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge: Handling invoices and payments. You are experienced in scheduling and calendar management: Coordinating delivery schedules. You have regulatory compliance experience: Experience completing license applications with state Boards of Pharmacy or other regulatory bodies. (Preferred) You pay attention to detail: Ability to maintain accuracy with documentation and regulatory paperwork. You have strong communication and organizational skills You have great time management skills and have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks You have confidence when handling confidential information and working within set protocols.
