D365FO Test Manager

Our client a global biotechnology organisation is currently delivering a large-scale D365FO transformation programme across multiple international entities and is seeking an experienced D365FO Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing activities across the rollout.Responsibilites:Lead end-to-end testing activities across the D365FO programmeDefine and manage testing strategy, governance, and delivery approachCoordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and cutover validationDevelop and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, and reportingCoordinate testing across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Warehouse functionsManage testing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationSupport defect resolution, data validation, and go-live readiness activitiesWork closely with business users, functional teams, and implementation partners throughout the testing lifecycleRequirementsProven experience as a D365FO / Dynamics AX Test ManagerStrong background managing end-to-end ERP testing activitiesExperience delivering testing within global or multi-entity D365FO rolloutsStrong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes within D365FOExperience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar testing toolsAbility to manage business and technical stakeholders across complex programmes
