Protect the People Who Protect OthersAt Ironwall by Incogni, our mission is simple but critical: protect the privacy and personal safety of public servants.For more than a decade, we have helped remove sensitive personal data from the internet for judges, law enforcement officers, elected officials, and other high-risk professionals, preventing doxing, harassment, and real-world threats.As we expand into new industries, we are looking for a driven Account Executive who is excited about building relationships and growing revenue while supporting a mission that truly matters.The RoleThis is a full-cycle sales role responsible for generating new business, managing pipeline, and closing deals.You will work closely with our marketing team to engage targeted prospects, develop relationships with decision-makers, and drive new subscription revenue.At Ironwall, we prioritize trust, integrity, and long-term relationships over aggressive sales tactics.What You’ll DoProspect and develop new opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and marketing programsManage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing new businessBuild relationships with decision-makers and organizational leadersMaintain pipeline activity and forecasting in SalesforceCollaborate with marketing on campaigns and targeted outreach strategiesRepresent Ironwall at industry conferences, trade shows, and eventsConsistently maintain strong pipeline activity to achieve revenue targetsWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of sales experience selling technology-based services or SaaSProven ability to manage full sales cycles and close new businessExperience selling to decision-makers or executivesStrong relationship-building and consultative sales skillsComfortable conducting business via phone, email, and virtual meetingsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsSelf-motivated with strong pipeline and activity managementCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 + commissionBenefits include:100% company-paid medical and dental insurance50% dependent coverageGenerous vacation and holiday schedule401(k) retirement planCasual but professional in-office environmentWhy Join IronwallMission-driven company protecting public servantsEstablished company with 10+ years in the marketHigh-impact role in a growing industry: online privacy protectionOpportunity to help expand into new industries and marketsLocationMission Viejo, CAThis role is office-based with occasional travel for conferences and industry events.Apply if you want to sell something that actually protects people.
